
Terminate report
If you have the Override Setting activated to Collect Termination Reasons, you will see the Terminate Report listed in the reports menu, directly under the Song History Report.
When you use this override, interviewers must select a reason for every respondent record they terminate. These reasons get stored as a numeric code along with the respondent's status; such as Terminate/1 or Terminate/3, etc.
Then, when you run the Terminate report, these status codes are compiled and presented, in descending rank order, for the date range you select. The total calls made as well as terminates for this date range, and the percentage of total calls that terminates comprised is also printed at the bottom of the report.
