When an answer to a question or problem you're having with ComQuest is needed, the last thing you want to deal with is hassles getting help.  There are two steps you may take to resolve your problem.

 

During regular business hours (Mon-Fri, 8:30am - 5:30pm Pacific), call ComQuest at 619-659-3600.  When the system answers, press 1 or 4 for Technical Support. If there is no one available to help you, leave a message.  The voice mail system will page somebody if there is no one in the office. (Our phone system is automated before 8:30am and after 5:30pm weekdays, and all weekend.  You can only leave a message before or after normal business hours).

 

Page Technical Support directly.  Dial 1-800-237-0633.  When you hear the SkyPager greeting, press 1 (to send a page), then enter your phone number including Area Code, using the touch tone buttons on your phone. Then, press # (pound) to send this message. You may also page from a Workstation, by selecting the Page Technical Support option from the Utilities menu.

 

HandAfter leaving a message for Technical Support on the office voice mail, or paging through the SkyPager network, please be sure to watch your incoming phone lines for a return call from us.

 

If this is a Workstation number we will be calling, please be sure the ringer on the Workstation headset is turned on! (And of course, stay off this line for a reasonable period, so that we may call you back).
