Printed Rolling Averages By Title report
The Rolling Averages Reports allow you to specify a start and end date for your report. This effectively puts all song scores for that date range into the same cycle. This way, you can compare and contrast results over any period you desire.
If you run this report for the last month, or even the last couple of weeks, you will see a much larger sample than if you looked at only this week's results. A larger sample means a lower margin of error, and less wobble in your results. You can even run this report at the end of the year, and get a print out of the best testing songs for the entire year in descending order, to serve as a guideline for a year-end on-air countdown!
There are several Rolling Averages Reports. By Title simply sorts the results in alphabetical order, by title. If you're pulling up a report from a wide date range (several months, for example), there will be many titles. Sorting the results by title may make it easier to find a specific song within that list.
The percentage score for the Familiarity, Positive Acceptance, Dislike and Burn attributes are all displayed on this report, along with the Title and Artist of any songs tested during the date range you defined when you ran the report. If you have Scores/Song Threshold set to any value other than 0, then each song must have at least that many scores during the defined date range, or its results will be suppressed.
