The perceptual Cross tab Report can also be compiled in percentage mode.  The percentage of responses for each column are displayed (as a percentage of the total responses, also indicated at the top of each column).  Generally, the percentage responses within each column should total 100%, unless for some reason the same respondent(s) have multiple answers to a question.

In the example report above, we have cross tabbed the results of the question "Which station is getting better...?" (across), by the results of the question "Which station is getting worse...?"  While this might not provide any really usable result, it is interesting to note the intersection of the getting better responses and the getting worse responses.  One thing we can deduce from the example report above, is that 91% of the people that said no station was getting better, also said no station was getting worse.
