When adding a new question to your question library, there are two basic steps; add text to identify the question, and add text answer(s) for that question.
Add A New Question form
Type in the text for this question, or at least a general summary of what the question pertains to. This is only used to reference the specific question when you're placing it in the test list, or printed on question reports you run. It does not affect the actual audio portion of the question which will be recorded later. For example, if you have a long question that actually plays three different format montages and asks the respondent to pick their favorite, you might enter Format Montages as the question.
